The Instructor agrees to indemnify and hold the Academy harmless from any liability, damages, or legal claims arising from their content or actions, including any claims related to professional practice or intellectual property.

  • Privacy: The Academy will not disclose your personal contact information to students or third parties without your explicit consent. Your professional bio and photo will be displayed for marketing and trust-building purposes.
